Every other month we run a lively webinar on Evolve’s Engaged Community^TM Model and training.

We cover many topics in an hour (for a taster click here) and always run out of time. Here are four burning questions from our last session that we did not get to explore. I would love to hear any thoughts that you have on these and I will add my own as we go:

Mary Hay from New Zealand: “As practitioners, do we value the potential of elected representatives to advocate for increased levels of community participation in decision-making processes?”

Frome Graeme Gibson, Australia: How do we engage and keep engaged the less engaged members of a community get engaged and stay engaged?

 Paddi Brown from Perth: How do you  engage without face to face contact when your target groups may not be technically savvy or have access to technology?

And finally from Mary and myself – is ‘Informing’ a legitimate community engagement activity
